Previous History: Tucker,
formerly known as Bill, came to us when his concerned
owner was uncertain about the care and training he
needed. She had received him from a friend of a
friend and did not realize the impact of placing an
unfit horse with an inexperienced owner. Tucker is
a 3-4 yr old Saddlebred gelding (age to be determined).
His is quite a bit underweight and desperately needs
farrier work. His coat is mangy and he needs to
shed out. He has very little muscle tone due
to the area he was being housed in. Unfortunately
he was unable to freely run or bond with other horses
since Oct. of last year. He is in immediate need of
ground training, but we have high hopes for him and
believe he will come around very quickly. He has
excellent high steppin' gates and it is my intention to
prepare him for trail and show. I think he will
turn out to be quite a beautiful horse.
